Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) chimney stack, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995, on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings (remodelled, c.1970, to ground floor) with rendered sills. 1/1 timber sash windows with replacement timber casement windows, c.1970, to remodelled opening. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, and overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An appealing small-scale house retaining much of its original form and massing, together with substantial quantities of the early fabric, and which contributes to the streetscape value of Chapel Street.
