What is recorded here

Indicated is a stone-faced earthen ringfort in County Cork, Ireland, where a forty-eight-metre circular bank still holds its shape on a south-facing slope. The southeast gap admits a person but not a cart, suggesting the fort favored walking, watching, or fleeing rather than trading. Its interior remains level and slightly raised, as if the earth still remembers the shape of the lives it enclosed.

In pasture on S-facing slope. Circular area (48m N-S) enclosed by stone-faced earthen bank (H 1.5m). Gap in bank to SE (Wth 1.6m). Interior level, slightly raised.
