Killalee is a graveyard where a medieval church vanished without leaving a single stone above ground. The absence is the point: names changed from Kelilin to Kilelie de Donaghmore across centuries, yet the building itself disappeared entirely. What remains is a quiet field of burials near St. John's Gate, holding more memory in its emptiness than many proud ruins manage with marble and mortar.
