Rubble stone causeway, built c. 1830, across River Fergus. Comprising segmental-arched and smaller semi-circular arched openings with cut-stone voussoirs, which were part of a water management system of former mill buildings. Site of Ennis Mills sold by Earl of Thomond in 1712. Purchased by Bannatynes in 1824.
