Structure

A single piece of brushwood (L 1.64m; diam. 0.05m), in the drain face cut to a chisel shaped point at one end. Recorded by the Irish Archaeological Wetland Unit (University College, Dublin) in 1993. The evidence is not sufficient to warrant its acceptance as the remains of an archaeological monument.
