What is recorded here

Mortons has no street name in the official list, but the chamber map still draws it as a separate red marker beside the main castle. The survey treated the two sites as one row, yet the coordinates point to a distinct mound and the photo shows a broken stone circle rather than a castle wall. That mismatch suggests the database compressed two different places into a single entry. The mound may be the true Mortons site while the castle belongs elsewhere.

A circular cairn 10.6m in diameter at base 2.5m high and 3.5m in diameter at the top. There is a depression 1m deep and 2.8m in diameter at the top. It is situated on the summit of Raghtin More mountain and was used as a trigonometrical station. Many hut circles were recorded on the mountain here (O. Davies).
