Detached six-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c. 1875, having windbreak porch to front elevation. Pitched corrugated asbestos roof, smooth rendered chimneystacks to gable ends with additional chimneystack west of east gable and rendered gable coping. Smooth rendered and white washed walls. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to porch with battened timber door. Shed with pitched corrugated-metal roof and smooth rendered walls to west gable of house. Set at the side of the road with farm buildings to the west.
