One of two ogham stones stands in the Lamoge graveyard, its top broken away but its edge still carrying the name SEVERRIT. The gap in the carving invites imagination rather than certainty, perhaps hiding a father, a clan or a whole line of descent now lost to time. What remains is a fragment of identity, chopped like the stone itself, yet stubborn enough to resist forgetting.

One of two ogham stones (see also KK034-013004-) located in the graveyard of Lamoge (KK034-013002-). Macalister (1945, 40, no. 36) records that the top of the stone (1.37 x 0.66 x 0.3m, converted from Macalister) has broken off and that the inscription reads SEVERRIT [...]TAIS, for which he suggests the reconstruction: SEVERRIT [MAQI MUCOI ROT]TAIS.
