What is recorded here

Lisnagorp is a ringfort in County Mayo, Ireland. Its earthworks still stand where human hands shaped them, though the names of those hands have faded from local memory. The fort may have served as a home, a shelter or a marker of local authority, and its survival suggests it remained useful long after its first builders left it behind.
