Farmyard complex, extant 1840, on a U-shaped plan including: Pair of detached five-bay single-storey outbuildings with half-attics in rectangular plans. Now disused. Pitched corrugated-iron roofs with pressed iron ridges, rendered or slate-covered coping to gables (north) with red brick Flemish bond chimney stacks to apexes having stringcourses below rendered capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on red brick header bond eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble stone walls with red brick flush quoins to corners. Square-headed door openings including square-headed central loading door openings (half-attic) with red brick block-and-start surrounds framing timber boarded doors. Square-headed window openings with shallow sills, and red brick block-and-start surrounds framing wrought iron bars (ground floor) or louvered timber fittings (half-attic). Set on a corner site centred on screen with pair of square-headed door openings centred on elliptical-headed gateway.
