Detached three-bay two-storey roughcast rendered house, built c.1870. Two-storey return and single-storey extension to rear. Round-arched door opening with spoked fanlight and panelled door. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and terracotta pots. Enclosed to front with roughcast rendered walls and rendered pier having a cast-iron gate. Three single-storey stone and roughcast rendered outbuildings with pitched and lean-to corrugated-iron and slate roofs to site.
