Detached four-bay single-storey local house, built c.1940, currently vacant. Pitched pantile roof with rendered chimneystacks and gable copings, timber-clad eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with plinth. Square-headed window openings having render sills throughout having rubbed brick voussoirs and block-and-start surrounds. Tripartite windows with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows flanked by two-over-two timber sliding sash sidelights to front (east) elevation. Six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to front and rear (west) elevations. Square-headed door opening with rendered step to front elevation, having timber battened door surmounted by overlight. Concrete paved area to south of house.
