Otway Cuffe, Mayor of Kilkenny 1907-1908, left his name carved on a stone moved from the old bridge to the new St. John's bridge. His grandfather was the Earl of Desart. The bridge spans water in County Kilkenny, Ireland, and carries people across it daily.
The above stone was taken from the old and placed on the new St. John's bridge designed in the mayorality of the Hon Otway Cuffe Mayor of Kilkenny 1907-1908 grandson of the above named Earl of Desart.
