Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Kilgar is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Kilgar, County Westmeath, Ireland. It sits on a prominent natural rise in gently undulating land, offering excellent views to the northwest, north-northeast and east. The site is a raised sub-circular area measuring approximately 18 metres north-south and 20 metres east-west, enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and external fosse. A sub-rectangular hut site is visible in the southern quadrant of the interior, where a low earthen bank extends across the space from the ringfort bank at the east-northeast towards the hut site.

Situated on a prominent natural rise in gently undulating land, with excellent views to the NW, NNE & E. Ringfort (WM008-019---) 175m to NNW. A raised sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 18m N-S; 20m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and external fosse. The interior rises towards the centre. A sub-rectangular shaped hut site (WM008-020001-) is visible in the S quadrant of the interior. A low earthen bank (max.
