Freestanding single-bay single-stage folly, c.1825, possibly originally icehouse on a square plan. Now in ruins. Roof not visible. Remains of unpainted rendered walls over random rubble stone construction. Profile of openings no longer discernible with no fittings surviving. Set back from road in grounds shared with Kilfane House.

Possibly originally intended as an icehouse as suggested by archival editions of the Ordnance Survey a folly surviving in ruins forms a picturesque landmark enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the Kilfane House estate.
