Attached five-bay single-storey lobby entry thatched farmhouse, extant 1840, on a rectangular plan centred on single-bay single-storey lean-to windbreak. Occupied, 1911. Reroofed, ----. Chicken wire-covered replacement pitched oat thatch roof with exposed wire stretchers to ridge having exposed scallops, replacement red brick Running bond off-central chimney stack having paired stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and exposed wire stretchers to eaves having exposed scallops. Roughcast battered walls bellcast over rendered plinth. Square-headed central door opening with concrete threshold, and concealed dressings including rough hewn granite lintel framing timber boarded door. Square-headed window openings with concrete or rendered sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash (ground floor) or timber casement (dormer attic) windows behind wrought iron bars. Road fronted on a corner site with concrete footpath to front.
