What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, c.1825. Reroofed with dormer attic added. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, rooflights, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted roughcast walls with rendered channelled piers to ends, and swept rendered band to eaves. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted with gravel verge to front.
A pleasant small-scale house retaining most of the original form and massing together with substantial quantities of the early fabric, thereby contributing positively to the historic flavour of the street scene.
