What is recorded here

On top of a narrow plateau, surrounded by bog and karst. An irregular grass-covered hollow (int. dims. 50.5m N-S; 67m E-W) enclosed on the N side by a straight stretch of stone wall (T 1.2m; H 0.6m; ext. H 0.5m) and elsewhere by a curving irregular wall of large limestone slabs and boulders (T 1.3m; int. H 0.7m; ext. 0.4m). The straight N wall extends c. 80m eastwards from the enclosure across the plateau, turns at right angles to S and joins N edge of a cashel (SL040-012001-). A cairn (SL040-010----) lies c. 60m to N.
