Marked as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 35m) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the bottom of a S-facing slope. This is a D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 35.6m NW-SE; c. 20m NE-SW) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth c. 3m) WNW-N-SE, with facing-stones visible (original Wth 1.7m) NNE-ENE. It is bisected by a WNW-ESE field wall and does not survive visibly SW of this. There is no identifiable original entrance or internal features. The ringfort (RO051-004----) is c. 130m to the W. Archaeological testing (09E0530) c. 40m to the NE produced no related archaeological material (Wilkinson 2012).
