In rough grazing on W side of valley running N from Goleen, on break in SE-facing slope. Oval area (50m N-S; 40m E-W) enclosed by stone-faced scarp N-S (H 1.7m); stone bank S->SW and NW->N (H 1.2m); inner stone-faced rise SW->W; earthen stone bank W->NW (H 1m). Break in enclosure to N, SW and W. Kilbrown church (CO147-006005-) in NE quadrant. At centre, remains of hut site (CO147-006003-); roughly circular area (8m N-S; 7.4m E-W) cut into up slope on E side and raised on downslope, stone faced; arc of rough stone bank to N and S. Bullaun stone (CO147-006004-) immediately N of hut site. Holy well (CO147-006001-) lies 20m to NW of enclosure.
