On a rise in undulating karst landscape. Hachured with a single line of hachures on the 1840 OS 6-inch map and indicated on the 1920 Cassini edition as a subcircular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) defined by a drystone wall. Listed as ‘Enclosure, possible’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). According to local information the enclosure was cleared c. 1960. On inspection in 1999 it was completely overgrown with blackthorn and briars.
