Linear earthwork

What is recorded here

Situated on a NE-SW spur and running between the N-S Tourig river on the W to a smaller NE-SW stream, and forming the county boundary with Cork. It is marked on a Bateman map of 1716, and consists of a stone-clad earthen bank (Wth c. 2m; H c. 1m) with no drain. It may be continued by a section c. 800m further E (WA033-013001-).
