What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Cork, Ireland. It occupies a south-facing pasture slope as a rough circle thirty metres across, bounded by a stone wall on one side and a steep earthen scarp on the other. A wide eastern gap and narrow western breach mark its entrances, while vegetation crowds the interior. The shape suggests human hands, but local tradition assigns it to fairy life, leaving the fort both measured and unavailable to ordinary explanation.

In pasture, on S-facing slope. Roughly circular area (31.5m N-S; 30.5m E-W) defined by stone wall on line of original bank W->E; scarp (H 1.4m) elsewhere.
