In improved pasture, located on a ridge, which provides excellent views, especially to N−NE.
This possible rath is indicated on the 1838 OS 6-inch map as an embanked enclosure, skirted by a road on the NW arc, and on the 1930 edition as an enclosure skirted by a field boundary at W and clipped by a road at NE.
It has been levelled. The outline of a slightly raised circular area (c. 30m N-S; c. 27m E-W) can still be traced discernible, with remnants of an enclosing scarp surviving at W−NW where it is incorporated into a later field boundary (ext. H 1m).
