In pastureland. This subcircular cashel (39m E-W; 36m N-S) is defined by a substantial wall (Wth 4-4.5m; H 0.5m) of small loose stones; no facing stones were evident internally or externally. There is an entrance gap (Wth 2.5m) at ESE (Cody 1989, 296-8, no. 121). The enclosing element is completely overgrown with trees and bushes.
