What is recorded here

In pasture, on SW-facing slope. Hachured as circular enclosure (diam. c. 38m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; E side truncated by farm buildings on 1940 OS 6-inch map. Earth and stone bank (H 1.4m), planted with coniferous trees, survives S->W. Interior built on, due to expansion of farmyard. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
