Detached nine-bay two-storey house, built c.1800, having two-storey wing with lean-to and flat-roofed additions to rear (west). Currently vacant. Pitched slate roof with rendered eaves course, chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls, having slate hanging to side (north) elevation. Camber- and square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills, having nine-over-six and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Timber casement windows to single-storey rear addition to rear elevation. Round-headed door opening with moulded render surround, rendered reveals and timber panelled door with fanlight to front (east) elevation, having tooled limestone stepped approach and threshold. Attached single-bay single-storey outbuilding to south, having pitched slate roof with rendered eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered and exposed rubble limestone walls. Square-headed door opening to front elevation) with remains of timber frame. Detached multiple-bay single-storey outbuilding to west. Pitched slate roof with rubble stone eaves course. Exposed rubble stone walls. Square-headed window openings with exposed timber lintels and red brick relieving arches. Located within own grounds having roughcast rendered boundary wall with rendered copings. Square-profile gate piers with rendered plinths, panels, platbands and caps having replacement cast-iron gates to west.
