Hut site in Corr Áille

Bivallate rath KE034-109----, enclosing 2 stone huts, is situated on the N facing slopes of Reenconnell overlooking the marshy, low-lying plain drained by the Feohanagh river and its tributaries. In the SE part of the interior are the ruined remains of a stone hut (KE034-109001-) measuring c. 4.3m N-S and 3.2m E-W internally. The wall survives to a maximum height of .77m internally and is c. 1.5m wide. There is no clear evidence for an entrance but it must have been located in the ruined N or W sectors.
