Detached three-bay two-storey vernacular house, built c. 1830, and having single-storey outbuildings to north-west and south-east gable ends. Now unoccupied. Pitched corrugated-sheeted roof with stone ridge tiles and having rendered raised rendered copings and smooth rendered gabled chimneystacks to gable ends. Smooth rendered walls. Square-headed openings with stone sills, and having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Central square-headed doorway to front elevation having timber sheeted entrance door with glazed upper panel. Set parallel to road with overgrown garden and ditch to front (north-east), mature hedgerows to north-west and adjacent to modern private house to south-east. Attached single-bay single-storey outbuilding to the north west having pitched corrugated-metal roof with raised verge to the north-west gable end, rubble stone walls, and square-headed doorway. Attached single-storey outbuilding to the south-west having pitched corrugated-metal roof, concrete blockwork and rubble stone walls, and square-headed openings. Located in the rural countryside to the north-west of Raphoe.
