On a NE-facing slope of Cam Hill. There is a house site (dims 13m NW-SE; 7.5m NE-SW) at the centre of cashel (RO048-101001-) which has entrances in the SE wall and at the N end of the SW wall. It is defined by the grass-covered foundations of stone walls.
