Detached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, with later extension (east) and porch (south). Recent lean-to extension (west). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted rubble stone walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows, stone sills and raised rendered surrounds. Later single-bay two-storey extension comprising pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, painted rubble stone walls and square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and stone sills. Later porch comprising pitched slate roof, timber bargeboards, finial, painted rubble stone walls, square-headed openings having bipartite timber fixed pane windows with stone sills and square-headed door opening with timber glazed door and raised render surround. Outbuildings to west. Enclosed by rubble stone walls with rendered piers, concrete coping and timber gate.
