Detached T-plan five-bay two-storey house, built c.1880. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, terracotta ridge cresting, timber bargeboards and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with continuous label mouldings above window openings. Square-headed window openings having render sills and replacement timber sash windows. Three-light stained glass Venetian style window to rear (north) elevation with rendered surround having central round-headed window opening with flanking square-headed side lights. Elliptical-headed door opening to front, with carved timber doorcase comprising engaged fluted pilasters flanking timber panelled door and sidelights, surmounted by fanlight and having flight of render steps.
