Detached five-bay single-storey lobby-entry vernacular house, built c.1850, single-bay off-centre entrance porch to front and single-storey lean-to extension to rear. Steeply-pitched corrugated-metal roof, rendered chimneystack, replacement rainwater goods, flat roof to porch with stepped cornice and central finial. Roughcast rendered walls, smooth render to plinth and within porch. Window openings irregularly spaced, having smooth-rendered reveals, cut-stone sills and two-over-two timber sash windows to front elevation, fixed timber window to north gable. Door recessed within porch with half-glazed and sheeted timber door. Replacement sheeted timber door to south gable. Set back from road with front garden having corrugated metal outbuilding to east and pedestrian entrance with square-profile rendered piers and replacement gate to road.
