Submarine (period Unassigned)-(1945)

U 905 was a German U-boat that was scuttled in May 1945 near the end of World War II. It was part of the U-boat fleet surrendered to Allied forces and later sunk as part of Operation Deadlight, in which many captured German submarines were deliberately sunk.
