Stittenham Wood

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Stittenham Wood as Chambered Cairn (neolithic)(possible), Standing Stone (prehistoric)(possible). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 100m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic chambered cairn, possibly dating to the 4th–3rd millennium BCE. Its significance lies in contributing to the understanding of early burial and ritual practices in prehistoric Scotland.
