Invershin Station

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Invershin Station as Chambered Cairn (neolithic). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 10m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Neolithic chambered cairn; dates to the early to middle Neolithic period (c. 3500–2500 BCE). These tombs are significant as they represent some of the earliest communal burial monuments in Scotland, reflecting complex social structures and ritual practices of the time.
