Foulis Castle is an 18th-century country house in the Highland that still contains 17th-century pine timbers and older stone fragments. The Munro family lived there for centuries, but war and fire broke the place into pieces before people rebuilt it. Those recovered materials mean the house is not a new invention; it is a continuation of older lives.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Foulis Castle as Castle (medieval), Country House (18th Century). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.

Foulis Castle was built by the Clan Munro in the 16th century and later held by the Mackenzie family in the 17th century. It is important as a historic stronghold associated with the development of the Scottish Highlands and as a well-preserved example of a medieval tower house.
