Unclear what grave-slab is referred to here. The SMR file mentions many uninscribed grave-slabs within the Cathedral and one with has the effigies of a Bishop lying in his Pontificalibus, said to have been the tomb of Bishop Stack, who died in 1488. Elizabeth Byrne, 18 May 2006
