On a W-facing slope with limited view due to trees and rise in ground level. The medieval church of Maddockstown (KK020-045001-) is located in the centre of this roughly triangular-shaped graveyard (max. dims. c. 40m E-W x c. 35 N-S), consisting of a raised area enclosed by a stone wall. A public road runs along the NE side, with the entrance to the graveyard along this wall. Another roadway, now a pedestrian lane, runs along the NW side and formerly led to a 17th-century watermill (KK020-046----) on the River Nore, now disused. There are no visible gravestones earlier than 18th century. A medieval font (KK020-045003-) is located within the graveyard, immediately S of the entrance.
