What is recorded here

Two stones still stand in Gransha pasture, one nearly three metres tall and the other just over a metre, set on level ground beside a third stone in the next field. They have watched cattle, rain and forgotten foottraffic for generations, perhaps marking a boundary, a path or a promise nobody remembers. Their size and separation suggest deliberate placement rather than abandoned rubble, while the rich land around them has kept them company through every change of ownership and season.

Two standing stones. One is 2.77m high × 0.84m wide at base. The other, to the NE, is 1.05m high × 1.1m wide at base.
