Single-span iron railway bridge over road, opened 1853, possibly originally single-arch. Coursed tooled cut-limestone walls with rock-faced cut-limestone quoins leading to coursed rock-faced cut-limestone abutment walls having cut-limestone stringcourse supporting limestone ashlar parapets. Single iron span on iron girders with iron parapets having coping supporting railings. Sited spanning road with grass banks to road.
