What is recorded here

Gooreen holds a graveyard that official lists treat as a footnote, yet the stones and soil suggest a continuous local faith in remembering the dead. The site sits beside other Galway burial places, giving it a quiet company rather than an isolated oddity. People may have walked this ground for generations, carrying grief, pride and ordinary life into the same earth. Corcon still belongs to the community because it preserves that continuity without needing a grand name.

This graveyard is just referred to in the Inventory description of the church GA021-017---- but it was not cross-referenced. O.
