What is recorded here

Cairn stands on a south-facing slope above the Glantrasna valley, an oval mound of loose stones barely a metre high. It is not grand, but it is precise: four metres long, nearly three wide, with heather catching the light on top. Another cairn waits fourteen metres west, suggesting a place where marking mattered. People may have gathered here to remember, measure distance or watch the valley change with weather.

In rough hill pasture, on a S-facing slope, overlooking the valley of the Glantrasna River. An oval cairn (4m N-S; 2.9m E-W; H 0.9m) of loose stones with small areas of heather-covered sod on the upper surface. Another cairn (KE109-001008-) is c. 14m to the W.
