Section of random rubble stone boundary wall, c.1800, with camber-headed pedestrian gateway having rendered rubble stone voussoirs (now blocked-up), and segmental-headed carriageway in unpainted rendered advanced frontispiece having no fittings. Road fronted.
Exhibiting a traditional construction in unrefined locally-sourced stone a boundary wall contributes positively to the streetscape value of Lower New Street.
