What is recorded here

Knockaneacoolteen holds a fulacht fia, a boggy pasture mound where heat and water collided repeatedly. Its burnt remains suggest people gathered there to cook, clean or transform materials under open sky. The site is no longer a dramatic ruin, but a low grassy ridge in rough ground. That quiet shape preserves the effort of hands, fire and patience.
