On the N bank of a stream, and within a network of field boundaries (CO091-017005-). A crescent-shaped mound (10.6m E-W; 5.8m N-S; H 1m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. The opening (Wth 2.6m) faces the stream to the S. Both arms of the mound are being eroded, exposing the heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil.
