Monimail Tower — Report the wrong picture

One tower still stands in the grounds of Melville House near Monimail, left behind when most of the Renaissance palace was demolished after abandonment in the late 17th century. It rose from a residence held by the Archbishops of St Andrews from the 13th century before becoming a chief seat of the Melville family in the early 17th century. The surviving stone may have watched feasts, prayers, arguments and quiet ordinary days before the larger palace disappeared.

Scotland's National Record of the Historic Environment records Monimail Tower as Bishops Palace (16th Century), Tower (16th Century). The official map says its point is accurate as follows: NGR given to the nearest 1m. The record does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
