What is recorded here

Triple-arch limestone bridge, dated 1818, carrying road north-south over River Lagan, on border of counties Monaghan and Meath. Segmental arches with cut-stone voussoirs, cut-stone piers and V-cutwaters on upstream (west) side. Later concrete bases to piers and cutwaters. Rubble stone soffits, walls, and parapet walls having some bush-hammered coping stones with chamfered edges. Date plaque to road elevation of west parapet wall.
