What is recorded here

In wet poorly drained grassland, situated on N facing slope of NE-SW ridge in the Slieveardagh hills with good views in all directions. Overgrown but well-preserved monument consisting of a slightly raised circular area (approx. diam. 20m N-S; 25m E-W) enclosed by and earth and stone bank (top Wth 2m; base Wth 4m; ext. H 0.6m; int. H 0.10m). No clear evidence of an outer fosse or entrance feature. Perimeter of enclosure covered in furze bushes making detailed examination impossible.
