Ballyedmonduff holds one of three ancient rings on Three Rock Mountain, its eighteen-metre circle still marked by a low bank of earth and stone. Inside stands the ghost of a smaller hut, suggesting people lived there before forestry swallowed the summit. The entrance has vanished under disturbance, leaving the fort open to imagination and memory.

Located along the E summit of Three Rock Mountain in a forestry plantation. A ringfort, roughly circular in plan (int. diam. 18m) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 2.5m; H 1m). Within the enclosure are traces of a subcircular hut site (int. diam.6.5m; bank Wth 0.6m; H 0.55m). The site is too disturbed to identify any original entrance feature. This is the most northern of a group of three enclosures (DU025-028001-, DU025-028003-) marked on the 1843 OS 6-inch map.
